Body Back®: Summer Session Begins Soon!

Body Back Summer Sessions begin June 22-August 13. Demo classes are June 10/11/17/18. Join us to see what it's all about before you commit! Sign up on our Facebook Event page and bring a friend!

For summer, we're doing things a little differently and opening it up a bit. In addition to our regular, Tuesday/Thursday, 8pm Sammamish session, we're offering drop-in classes (and a half session punch card) Monday/Wednesday, 530a at the Issaquah Hatchery and you can drop in to the Sammamish evening classes! This is a stellar option for those of you with vacation plans that would otherwise keep you from doing a full session. With the half session, you'll get assessments, nutrition coaching, and attendance at 10 classes. You will not get any equipment or materials (journals, etc).

If you choose to sign up for the full 8 week session (we'd LOVE to have you!), you will get two extra drop in classes (those AM classes) with your purchase for a total of 18 classes for the session. Of course, with the full session, you'll do beginning and ending assessments, have nutritional coaching, online support and any materials available.
