Body Back | Week Two

As I sit and reflect on my first week of body back I am humbled by how hard it's been to juggle my own health and the health of my family members. After my first two classes with Katy and the Body Back crew, my immune system dove head first into the back to school blues. Having a preschooler and 1 year old at home means germs, germs, germs! (Ah-choo!)

My confidence was rocked as I missed my weekly scheduled classes due to illness. I tried to stay on plan as much as possible knowing that my body and my commitment would benefit from healthy meals and conscious choices.

I can't wait to get back to my routine. Back to committing one hour to myself and my wellbeing. My youngest and myself are on the mend and with the help from my trusty inhaler I should be able to work through the awesome 60 minute routine this coming week!
